Cost- shipping rate will depend on size and weight of the order. Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping.

Shipping- Shipping will be available through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL to the continental USA. Our products will ship out of our warehouses in California, Chicago and Pennsylvania, USA. Once they are processed, they will be transferred to the post office. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Separate shipping- If an item is back-ordered, items may be shipped separately. This may require an additional shipping cost.
Shipping options- We provide shipping options with United States Postal Service, UPS, FedEx or DHL.
Wrong address- We may not be held responsible for purchases not received as a consequence of providing an incomplete or inaccurate delivery or billing address. Items that have been returned to sender may be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee.
Shipping times may be delayed due to the ongoing delays in the shipping industry.
In order to change the delivery or billing address on a purchase, please contact hello@greenmarketshop.net within the first 24 hours after purchase.
Lost shipment- An accurate and safe address for delivery must be provided at the time the order is placed. Once an order has shipped, Green Market is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. If the tracking indicates the package has been delivered, you would be required to place a new order. (Any discount on the original order would be eligible on a new order.) Please contact the shipping carrier over lost or stolen packages.
